초록

본 연구는 다문화가족 청소년들의 문화적응 스트레스가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 다문화가족 정책지원 이용 경험의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널 중 6차년도 데이터를 활용하여 1,235명의 자료를 조절회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가족 청소년의 문화적응 스트레스가 높을수록 삶의 만족이 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 다문화가족 청소년의 문화적응 스트레스가 삶의 만족에 미치는 부정적인 영향에 대해 다문화가족 정책지원 이용 경험이 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 다문화가족 정책지원 이용 경험은 삶의 만족에 대한 문화적응 스트레스의 부정적 영향을 완충하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 연구결과를 토대로 다문화가족 청소년의 삶의 만족을 증진하기 위한 문화적응 스트레스 감소와 다문화가족 정책지원 이용 확대를 위한 실천적·정책적 방안에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.
