초록
본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 사회참여 영향요인으로 한국문화 이해, 한국어 능력, 문화정체성을검토하고 사회참여 간 관계에서 삶의 만족도의 매개효과를 분석하여 이에 대한 정책적 함의를 고
찰한다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 거주하고 있는 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행
하였다. 분석결과, 한국문화 이해, 문화정체성이 사회참여에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있고 사회
참여 간 관계에서 삶의 만족도의 매개효과가 통계학적으로 유의미하게 나타나고 있다. 이러한
분석결과를 토대로 결혼이주여성의 사회참여를 제고하기 위해 정책방안을 제시하고 있다.
